Lake Shore Specialties has been serving its customers in the greater Chicago metropolitan area for almost 30 years. We operate with the simple philosophy of providing the finest products, professionally installed with minimal inconvenience to the client and with the highest degree of business ethics and integrity.

    Lake Shore’s origins are in the standard fencing business, first as North Shore Fence, then Lake Shore Fence. In 1992 the company acquired Estate Fencing, and in 1996 bought a custom manufacturer of wood landscape fences and structures.

   Besides its wood products, Lake Shore is also one of the area’s largest suppliers and installers of ornamental iron fences, gates and accessories. To reflect this evolution and broadening of its product offerings, in 1996 the company changed its name to Lake Shore Specialties.
